Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Husqvarna equipment; if you are not, you may return your unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that products involving fuel or oil must be drained completely before being eligible for return due to safety regulations.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Equipment

  Securely place the unused item in its original Husqvarna packaging, ensuring all manuals, tools, and accessories are included.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or Husqvarna dealer as specified in your instructions.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
